Hammock integrates with Xero. It will map the categories in Hammock to the account codes in Xero, and the transactions will be synchronised. You can create separate Hammock feeds for different property ownership structures, for instance, you could calculate a subtotal, pro rata, per share of ownership.
Or Hammock can stand alone without syncing to Xero.

Automatic reconciliation of letting agent fees
Hammock automatically reconciles the rental payment received by the landlord and the related letting agent fee, whilst recording the full amount as gross rental income.
Manage joint ownership of properties
Hammock accommodates all property ownership structures. Individual owners, joint ownership and also ownership via a limited company with multiple shareholders. All taxable income and expenses are displayed in full, as well as pro rata per individual owner or shareholder.
VAT
Hammock is not suitable for VAT registered landlords.
