How and where do we teach?

We mainly run bespoke training sessions built to suit the requirements of each individual business or person we work with. This means you can get the most value out of your training because it addresses specific issues and questions you have as an organisation or individual. However, general bookkeeping and software theory can be just as valuable and is a great way to train new staff, upskill and keep staff up to date with any changes.

We can:

  • Run group webinars
  • Run onsite group training and courses
  • Provide 1-2-1 training either onsite, online or at our offices.
  • Organise larger venues but we recommend no more than about 15 to a training session. This ensures that we get to spend time helping each individual. Lunch can be provided on request but there will be an additional charge for this.

How much does our training cost?

To get the best out of your training, we recommend sessions are carried out a little and often, followed by ongoing support. This can be achieved in a variety of ways and many of our clients agree to a fixed priced monthly contract to include everything. Training can also be carried out on a pay-as-you-go basis and entirely to suit your budget and any time constraints. Please visit our pricing page for more details.

What our clients say

“Ann [Lavelle] has now visited me at my office on three occasions. Not only to train me on Xero but also to help me correct some accounts which had become a source of stress to me. I found her to be both patient and knowledgeable, going over things several times until I fully understood each process. She often gave more of her time than scheduled, also providing extra assistance via phone and email. Thanks to her I feel so much more confidant using Xero and managing my company accounts, I can’t thank her enough!”
